Due to the annoucment today (23/06/2020) that Beauty Salons can’t re-open on 4th July, all appointment bookings are temporarily closed.  Once we know a re-opening date, we will open the diary

48 Hour Appointment Change and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you can do so up to 48 hours before either on the app, via email, calling and speaking to us, or by leaving a voicemail. Voicemail messages are date and time stamped
The following applies to cancellations and changes
Between 48 and 24 hours – you will be asked to pay 25% of the original appointment
After 24 hours but before 12 hours
  – you will be asked to pay 50% of the original appointment
After 12 hours but before 6 hours  – you will be asked to pay 75% of the original appointment
After 6 hours  – you will be asked to pay 100% of the original appointment

Payment

We are only accepting card payments – no cash or gift vouchers can be used

Gift Vouchers

We are not accepting Gift Vouchers (still valid at 23rd March 2020) in July, August or September
However all valid vouchers at 23rd March will have the expiry date changed to the number of months left on them at 23/03/2020

Treat Card and Points

Due to the pandemic, we are suspending the Treat Card scheme until further notice. This means points cannot be collected or redeemed.
We will be reviewing this later in the year.

PPE Charges

We will adding a nominal £1.00 PPE charge to every appointment to cover the costs of addtional PPE required for treatments that we would not normally use PPE. (Waxing, tints, lash lifts, elextrolysis and skin blemish removal are excluded from this as we already use PPE for these)
