Terms and Conditions from 4th July 2020
We will open from 4th July! However there are changes to our charges, voucher redemption and Treat Points, outlined below
Paying for your appointment
We will only be accepting payments by card. Cash and Gift Vouchers will not be accepted for the present time
PPE and Disposables
With all the increased costs to set up the safety in the salon, and the hike in costs of PPE and disposables, we will be adding a small charge of £1.00 to all appointments where we have used PPE that we wouldn’t normally. Therefore waxing, tinting, lash lifts, electrolysis and skin blemish removal are excluded from this as we already use gloves.
This means that if and when the pandemic reduces or is over, we can stop appying this.
48 Hour Appointment Change and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you can do so up to 48 hours before either on the app, via email, calling and speaking to us, or by leaving a voicemail. Voicemail messages are date and time stamped
The following applies to cancellations and changes
Between 48 and 24 hours – you will be asked to pay 25% of the original appointment
After 24 hours but before 12 hours – you will be asked to pay 50% of the original appointment
After 12 hours but before 6 hours – you will be asked to pay 75% of the original appointment
After 6 hours – you will be asked to pay 100% of the original appointment
Valid Gift Vouchers at 23rd March 2020
Sadly we cannot accept Gift Vouchers for payment for at least 2 months or longer after we re-open. Vouchers still valid at 23rd March 2020 will be extended by the time left on them before we had to close (from the date we can start to take them again – hope that makes sense)
Treat Card and Treat Points
Due to the pandemic, we are suspending the Treat Card scheme until further notice. This means points cannot be collected or redeemed.
We will be reviewing this later in the year.
