We accept payments by card and gift vouchers.  There is currently no charge for PPE, as all costs were covered in the 3 months we could open in the summer!

Appointment Changes

Sometimes plans change at the last minute, which is understandable, but please give as much notice if you need to change your booked appointment. With less than 6 hours notice you will need to pay 100% of the appointment as it’s impossible to refill your slot as such short notice

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so up to 24 hours before via email, text, calling and speaking to us, or by leaving a voicemail. (Voicemail messages are date and time stamped)
After 24 hours but before 12 hours  – 50% charge
After 12 hours but before 6 hours  –  75% charge
Less than 6 hours  -100% charge

Valid Gift Vouchers at 23rd March 2020

These vouchers are still valid and can be used at anytime in the future

Treat Card Points

Due to the limited opening in 2020 for salons, unfortunately the treat card has been discontinued and any points accrused can no longer be redeemed.
