When and why do we collect your information?
When you subscribe to receive offers from our website we will add you to our email mailing list –your name and email address – and is used solely to send you a news via email from us only – we do not loan, share or sell to any third parties.

When you first come for a treatment you will complete a detailed consultation form to ensure that the treatment/s you are having are safe for you, and that any contra-indications are known about and explained to you. We will ask you if you would like to receive our email newsletters plus emails and texts to confirm appointments and receive reminders. This information is added to our Salon software package, Phorest, and the data is held securely in a cloud. Phorest software does not loan, share or sell to any third parties.
You can opt out of email and text confirmations and newsletters at any time by emailing anna@tranquilbeauty.co.uk
All marketing emails have an unsubscribe option.

Any information you provide to us, in any format, is confidential and we will never share, sell or loan any data we collect about you, unless it is required by law

Our website is hosted in the United Kingdom. Our Salon Software Phorest is hosted in Dublin, Ireland. Both companies may also use outsourced services in countries outside the European Union from time to time in other aspects of their business.

Accordingly data obtained within the UK or any other country could be processed outside the European Union.

Use of site by children
• We do not sell products or provide services for purchase by children, nor do we market to children.
• If you are under 18, you may use our website only with consent from a parent or guardian

Except as otherwise mentioned in this privacy notice, we keep your personal information only for as long as required by us:
• to provide you with the services you have requested;

If we feel it is justified or if we believe the law requires us to do so, we shall remove the content while we investigate.
